Accepting applications for full or part-time sanitation worker

The City of Freeman is accepting applications for a part-time sanitation worker or a full-time sanitation worker/maintenance worker. Applicants must possess or be able to obtain a valid South Dakota Commercial Driver’s license. A part-time worker would be in charge of the sanitation services for the City of Freeman. A full-time worker would have additional duties such as: participate in the daily operation of the wastewater treatment plant, street maintenance, and care of public properties. Knowledge and the ability to operate moderately heavy equipment is preferred.
